If you’re a fan of coconut water then you have to try Taste Nirvana Coconut Water. We have been loving it around our house. Taste Nirvana was even awarded as the best new coconut drink by Better Homes. They are located in the middle of Thailand’s coconut groves and the drinks are packed within hours of harvest. Taste Nirvana uses a type of naturally sweet coconut called “Nam Hom”, which translates to “Fragrant Water” in Thai.
OREOs are my all time favorite, so when the opportunity came for me to partner with them on their My OREO Creation campaign I immediately said yes! Mondelēz, the makers of OREO cookies, is inviting Walmart shoppers to come join in the fun of their in-store demos and try some of their unique OREO flavors. Davis and I always love trying out the new flavors OREO comes out with, so we had to go check out the flavors with our little “shnack king”. It was also a pretty perfect way to kick off Walt’s birthday week!
This recipe is so easy, healthy, and good! I can prepare it and have it ready to eat in about 45 minutes. Fast, healthy meals for my family? Yes, please! I’m no chef, so I’m very proud to say that I came up with this one completely on my own, with no added help from Pinterest.
I started making this when Walt was first starting solids. He had a hard time adjusting to certain textures. He would eat ground meats, but not sliced meats. He would eat rice but didn’t want any kind of traditional pasta. I tried orzo, a pasta which looks like a rice, and he loved it. Mom win! This recipe is also only 320 calories per serving and packed with protein. Perfect for bikini season, haha. I added a nutrition chart at the end of this post. Hope you guys like it! It’s certainly a favorite around my house!
Bathing suit season is just around the corner (or already here where I live), but I just can’t help myself when Easter rolls around and those delicious Reese’s peanut butter eggs come out. I truly have an addiction to them! When we pass the display at Target that ALWAYS has bags of Reese’s in it, Walt likes to yell out as loud as he can “there’s mommy’s snack”. Haha, embarrassing. I know. Instead of buying a (giant) pack this year, I decided to try to make some myself. These turned out so good. I mean seriously… they are SO good! I already had every ingredient I needed for the recipe at home except for one, so it was super easy! They also take very little prep work time, which is a big win for busy mamas like me.
This recipe is one of my all time favorites. I found it a few years ago while scrolling through my Pinterest feed. I’ve made all of my family try it, and it’s now one of their favorites too! I recently have found out that I love to make this soup because hearing Walt say “it’s mato soup time” is truly one of the cutest things ever. Ahhh, I just love that boy. Anyways, back to the soup.
Snickerdoodle cookies are my absolute favorite! This recipe was actually the first “made from scratch” cookies I ever attempted. They are really easy, hard to mess up, and a definite crowd pleaser. I’ve even gotten so confident in my snickerdoodle skills that I bake them for people at my husband’s office during the holidays.
I have the recipe pinned on my Pinterest, so I can’t take credit for this deliciousness. It’s from Cookies and Cups, and I can’t begin to explain how happy I am that I found her amazing page! My sweet Walt goes a little cookie crazy every time I make them because he wants a “big” and not a “little”. Boys… I’m really in trouble when Oliver gets to the cookie eating stage. I will have to start hiding a couple for myself!
